	New Custom Logo	Details
	We can reproduce your company logo for a charge of $66.50. This is a one time charge unless you make changes to it in the future. We would need a fax, email or mailed copy of your logo and company information (see "contact us"). You will receive a proof before going to press to allow for any changes.


	Revised Custom Logo	Details
	If we have printed your logo before and you have changes, you must select Revised Artwork. We can make these changes for a charge of $43.50. You may fax, mail or email those changes (see "contact us"). You will receive a proof before going to press to allow for any changes.
